What I collect, and why.

Coreso Collaborative is a small consultancy, and this policy is deliberately short. It explains the limited information this site handles, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Last updated July 2026

01

The short version

I do not sell your data, run advertising, or build profiles on visitors. The only personal information I hold is what you choose to send me — through the contact form or by email — so that I can reply and, where it fits, work with you.

This site is a simple brochure. It exists to explain the work and to let you start a conversation. Nothing more is collected than what that requires.

02

What the contact form collects

When you use the contact form, I receive the name you enter, your organization if you add it, and the message you write. That submission is delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form-handling service that passes the message along and does not use it for its own purposes.

I use these details only to understand your inquiry and respond to it. If our conversation leads to working together, the same details become part of our ordinary project correspondence.

03

Email and scheduling

If you email me directly, I hold that correspondence in my mailbox for as long as it is useful to our relationship. If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the time, your name, and your email so the meeting can be arranged.

These are standard business records. I keep them no longer than I reasonably need to.

04

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. Nothing optional is placed until you choose it: on your first visit a short banner asks whether you are willing to allow privacy-respecting analytics, and it loads only if you accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is loaded.

When enabled with your consent, I use Google Analytics in a restricted mode — IP addresses are anonymized and the data is used only to understand which pages are useful, never to identify you or to advertise to you. Basic, non-identifying server logs may also be kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability, as is normal for any website. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

05

Third-party services

A few trusted services help this site work, and only the information needed for each function reaches them. The contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, which passes your message to my inbox and does not use it for its own purposes. If you book a call, the scheduling tool receives your name, email, and chosen time so the meeting can be arranged.

Fonts are served from this site itself rather than a third party. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics is used in a restricted, IP-anonymized mode. Links to LinkedIn or other external sites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. Each of these providers acts only as needed to deliver its part, and none is given your information for advertising.

06

Your choices and rights

You can ask at any time to see what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and I will act on that promptly. You are also free to withdraw from any conversation, and I will remove your details on request.

As a Canadian business, I handle personal information in keeping with the principles of PIPEDA — collecting only what is needed, using it only for the purpose you gave it, and keeping it secure.

07

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated date above. Because the practices are simple, I do not expect frequent changes.

This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
